Request Morris The Cat!

Morris The CatMy new song, The Ballad of Morris The Cat, is now roaming alleys and neighbors’ yards, eating out of trash cans and chasing squirrels, following its premiere over the weekend on The Dr. Demento Show.

In case you missed the broadcast, or if you’d like to hear it again, you can now dial up Morris in the music player at right. Even better, purchase your own high-quality mp3 of Morris The Cat or any of my other songs at my store.

I would certainly like to hear Morris The Cat again on Dr. Demento. So, please request the song here.

Meanwhile, listen to Dr. Demento’s introduction (0:51) of Morris The Cat from Sunday’s show.

DFSX Radio host David Tanny will reprise Morris on “I Still Get Demented”, starting at 7 p.m. CDT Thursday, August 24, and repeating at 10 p.m. CDT. Listen via Live 365.

I have downloaded the introduction just to hear if it is worth going to Dr. Demento.

You know what? It sounds great especially the first line about finding it on the floor. It told me that Morris was waiting for someone, but not as a pet master, but to sing about him.

    Great work!
