Summary: “I am pleased to report that Jesus is alive and well and poised to return at any moment,” Taylor Kent says, with a level of irony I am not yet prepared to measure, as introduction to his Snark Infested Waters podcast.

Morris The Cat, on the other hand, is still dead, but nevertheless finds a place on Kent’s program. My song closes the show, following a couple of old radio mysteries.

The second episode, an I Love A Mystery presentation of “The Fear That Creeps Like A Cat,” apparently inspired Kent’s selection of my song, available via the Podsafe Music Network.

Otherwise, I have no idea how Morris fits in with radio mystery serials, or the host’s metaphorical residence on “the island of Misfit Christians,” or his byword, “Where Faith, Art and Life Collide.”

“We’re going to close with a great song by Ken Turetzky,” Kent says. “And as always, if you don’t know Jesus, you’re screwed.”

Either way, I’m just glad to be here.
