Hear me Monday, March 9, on KNON FM

I’ve scanned the diverse format at KNON 89.3 FM in Dallas, where I’ll be appearing live from 4-6 p.m. CDT Monday, March 9, on Texas Renegade Radio with Texas Trevor.

You’ve got your church show, followed by a blues show, then a country show, a rockabilly show and two hours of reggae — with Cambodian news on the weekend. This is listener-supported radio, after all. But with all of these options, is there still no place for bad-attitude acoustic comedy?

Her Shit Don’t Stink will never pass as progressive country, so I’ll attempt to fake ‘em out with a few funny, funny jokes and perhaps some Big Black Barn.

Better tune in early, because I figure it will take about five minutes for old Texas Trevor to kick me the heck out of there.

Somebody lined up this spot as an informal promotion for the upcoming Duct Tape Gala, set for Sunday, March 15 at Sons of Hermann Hall in Dallas. Details to follow.
