You’ve got your church show, followed by a blues show, then a country show, a rockabilly show and two hours of reggae — with Cambodian news on the weekend. Red Peters plugs Best Of on Stern Show

Red Peters’ new comedy compilation is out today, and our hero rolled in to The Howard Stern Show on Sirius Radio to promote the big event.

It’s a big day all around for the whole U.S., really, what with 9/11/07 marking the sixth anniversary of the wackiest terrorist attack in history. But that’s not important right now.

Oglio taps Stink for Red Peters CD

I’m on the phone with Red Peters when his call waiting beeps. He asks me to hang on for a moment.

“Brenda’s not here,” Red says after a pause. “She’s takin’ a dump.”

“Who’s Brenda?” I ask when Red returns.

“I have no fuckin’ idea,” he says. “Wrong number.”
